Wow this looks great!! I go to the Gym on Mon, tues and wed, thurs is rest day but I’m soo doing this workout on friday.
You think if I do this for the next 16-17 days, ill see results?

You are amazing! You said that you’re sweating already, are we meant to sweat from pilates because I don’t sweat at all no matter how difficult I find it. Am I doing it wrong?

Casey I cant lift my heel much when I put my leg over the other but I can lift a little. Is that okay to do?
